english mile

Today me and my mom had an running race in haaksbergen the english mile and me and my mom runned the 5EM. we arrived at 10:30 and register us for the 5EM, when we got our start number we went to a restaurant and got some coffee and went to the bathroom after we went back to the car and got ready for the run got our things we needed and get our jackets off cause the weather was good sunshine so i did not need a jacket. at 11:45 we waited all at the start than the number of queen we are the champions played and than the running race started. i started to run very slow not to fast so my mom was in front of me but i still could see her when we left to centre behind us and were on a bigger road i passed my mom and tried to run a bit faster half way my mom was suddenly next to me again than we had the water post i was happy i drink some water and the rest i throwed over my head than i heard some greece music and i started running faster again i runned very fast and in the hope i can leave my mom behind me till the finish and it happend too it was very very hard when i finished after two minutes my mom came over the finish. it was a good run and i runned faster than last year's run so thats good :-)

4th woolderes run

This morning i woke up and put on my runnings clothes again. first i had a shirt with long sleaves on and when i finished my breakfast i changed it to a shirt without sleaves but when i went outside with my dog and came back i changed it to the shirt with long sleaves thats a bit stupid of me to do. at 11 we started the run and before the first km i took my jacket off cause i got a bit warm but i still had my shirt with long sleaves and i could not get rid of that one so i got it a bit to warm so my head started to hurt well i catched up with my mom and left her behind me so thats good but it was hard to leave her behind me but i did and when i was almost at the finish it was really hard but she stayed behind me so i won from her again :-) the second time but not of the race i know i never will win of a race i run for fun and not to for winning really. well up to the next race the english mile.
