birthday Marley

today its the birthday of Marley and he is now 1 years old. this morning my mom and utah came by and we all went for a little walk. after the walk we let them play before they got their breakfast. later me and my mom and marley went to town and we bought a present for marley. for lunch they both got their own pancake after lunch he opened his present he really liked it a lot. for diner he and utah got extra diner and they really enjoyed it a lot and after we went for a nice little walk. now marley is tired. he really had a great birthday :-)

herdenking van rocky

vandaag is het een jaar geleden dat we rocky moesten laten inslapen. ik denk nog altijd veel aan mijn lieve rocky en zal hem ook nooit vergeten. was met rocky gelijk al liefde op het eerste gezicht toen ik hem zag als pupje :-) we hebben vandaag om 3 uur bij de urn van rocky gezeten en kaarsje gebrand en de collage met fototjes bekeken en aan rocky gedacht. Rocky zal ik nooit vergeten hij was me alles en blijft altijd in mijn hart.

summer

summer was very great this year. we stayed all summer at the camping and my brother moved to the camping as well so it was lots of fun. every friday evening we had the bingo night and my brother has won some prices and my mom too. my brother and my mom they particpaded with the fairy tail walk, my mom was a very old women and my brother the prince and they played it very good. one weekend my uncle, aunt and nephew came over to the camping and that was lots of fun too :-) we have met a lot of people and the animacion team was really great. the summer went by very quick

R.I.P Rocky

3 juli heeft mijn lieve rocky een spuitje gekregen. een maand ervoor eind mei ergens werd hij ziek. mijn moeder, richard en ik gingen nog even lekker wat wandelen met rocky en pookie en we zagen wel dat rocky het moeilijk had hij was aan het hijgen en wij dachten dat het door de warmte was niet in de gaten dat hij heel erg ziek was. tijdens het wandelen liep hij maar te hijgen en had het zwaar maar wilde ook nog wel. op een gegeven moment had mijn broer een grote stok gepakt zodat mijn broer beter kon lopen en ja natuurlijk wilde rocky hem hebben en hij probeerde steeds maar weer die stok te pakken hahaha later gooide richard die stok weg en rocky erachter na rennen stok gepakt en probeerde die stok mee te nemen het was een beetje een grote stok zo ik hielp hem maar even met dragen. iedere keer als hij niet meer kon zei ik tegen hem je kan het opgeven nooit en toen probeerde hij weer wat sneller te lopen die arme jongen. niet ver van de camping af ging het echt niet meer hij zakte door zijn pootje heen en had de tranen in zijn oogjes staan zo richard is toen naar de camping gelopen heeft de auto gehaald en mijn moeder en ik wachten bij de hond die inmiddels op de grond lag. toen rocky in de auto gestopt en richard heeft hem gelijk bij de caravan in de koelte gelegd toen wij er eenmaal waren hebben we rocky water gegeven en water over de tegels gegooid zodat hij er met zijn buik in kon liggen na die dag ging het berg af waards. ik had nog altijd hoop dat hij beter zou worden we zijn ook in die maand een paar keer naar de dieren arts geweest en gaf hem medicatie want hij had ook koorts zo volgens de dierenarts had hij geen tumor want dat kan niet met koorts zo ik had nog hoop maar het ging toch steeds slechter met rocky. 2 juni toch maar met rocky naar onze eigen dieren arts geweest en de dierenarts luisteren en toen kwam de assistente en ook luisteren ja we gaan toch foto's maken van zijn longen dat duurde echt de hele dag, rond half 5 werd ik gebeld met slecht nieuws dat hij een tumor had zo we konden hem halen en toen moesten we afscheid nemen heb de hele maandag avond en nacht bij hem gezeten hij zag er zo zielig uit. heb totaal niet kunnen slapen. lag even op bed en zeg tegen mijn kat micky sorry jongen ik slaap vannacht beneden op de bank ik kan het niet rocky alleen te laten zo ik ben op de bank gaan slapen zodat ik toch dicht bij rocky was. ik heb die avond en nacht veel bij hem gezeten met hem gepraat en zijn pootje vast gehouden. op dinsdag ochtend nog altijd bij hem gezeten de hele ochtend zijn pootje vast gehouden tot die minuut kwam dat we met hem naar de dieren arts reden. bij de dieren arts aan gekomen vertelde de dierenarts wat hij ging doen. ik ging bij rocky liggen en zei dat ie lekker ging slapen en dat het goed is. ik hield zijn poot vast en aaide hem over zijn kop. bij de eerste spuit begon hij te snurken ik moest even lachen maar had een enorme brok in de keel hield me sterk en wilde nog niet huilen pas toen ik thuis was heb ik micky gepakt en een paar dagen gehuild en ik was moe. nu 5 weken later mis ik hem nog altijd. als ik zijn fototjes zie en al die leuke dingen die we met hem deden mis ik hem behoorlijk. hij was zo'n enorm lieve hond hij maakte niks kapot en begreep me zo goed. ik zal hem nooit gaan vergeten en zal altijd aan hem denken.

Pinkster weekend at the camping

This weekend was really fun and sunny too at the camping. my brother arrived at the camping on thursday evening cause he had a free day on friday. every morning we went swimming at the pool and also in the evening. thursday evening we all went with the ball to the swimming pool and played a bit with the ball and friday morning again. we also went for a walk with the dogs on friday but my dog was not feeling well so when we were almost back at the camping he lied down on the road and he could not walk anymore so richard went to the camping and took the car to pick up rocky. me and my mom walked back to the camping. when we arrived we put some cold water outside so he could lie in it so he did. saturday morning my mom went to the vets with my dog and they said that my dog has a fever and he got some tablets. yesterday some friends of us who we met in tenerife came by at the camping :-) in the evening we went swimming again and me and my brother had lots of fun in the water :-) today its the last free day of the pinksteren so lots of people leave back home. my brother will leave back home too after diner today cause he has to work tomorrow. i don't know yet if he will come next weekend but we will see. well going to enjoy some more sun shine cause its the last day that its very sunny outside after today we get more rainy days again yes thats the country we live in if there is sun shine you have to enjoy it cause its only for a few days or a week and than again for some weeks/months rainy days and cold weather :-(

aqua zoo

Yesterday morning i woke up at 08:00 and i got ready went outside with my dog and feeded my dog, cat and guinepig and eat my breakfast. after i walked to my parents house and we went by car to leeuwarden to the aqua zoo where we celebrated the 25th marriage of my uncle and aunt. we started with coffee and cake when everyone was there than at 1 we left to the bird show and after some guide came and showed and told us about the animals in the park. it was really nice. after the tour we had a barbeque and it was nice sitting and talking together. after it was 6 and we had to leave the park so we left to another restaurant near the water and have had some coffee together. i have had some panics as well but all went fine and it was a nice day. when we came back home i went outside with my dog. my cat was sooo happy to see me again and i fed my pets and went to sleep cause i was very tired.

easter weekend

sunday morning my mom called that the easter breakfast was ready so i got dressed and went to my parents house and we eat breakfast together. later that day we left to the camping and a lot of people were around so was nice but stressed too cause. in the evening my dad left home and me and my mom stayed. in the evening we wanted to go to the biggest easter fire but we were both tired and cause of the panic we stayed at the camping and watched some tv. the next morning we woke up late so when i had my clothes on i went out with the dog and my mom got the easter breakfast ready so when i was back we started to eat. the weather was not great so before diner we left back home. my cat was so happy i was back home :-)

birthday of mine

yesterday it was my birthday. I got this digital photo frame from my dad and a game for the psp from my mom. My parents have made my favorite food and later that evening we watched this movie called alvin and the chipmunks ship wrecked. I got a lots of birthday wishes so that was very nice.

a little sunday walk

this afternoon me, my mom and marleen went for a walk with my dog and her dog. It was my first walk after a long time and it went good and i liked it being outside. There was this lake so my dog did not care that it was cold so he jumped twice in the lake and he was totally soaking wet and smelled not that great after haha. When we came back home i put ny dog in the hallway. It was a great walk :-) and im happy we did it.

what a surprise

Yesterday i found out there was a running race in a town my causen and her boyfriend lives in and one of my other causens joined the run with her dad so i sent my causen and her boyfriend an sms if they go watch the race and they sent me an sms back they were in hellendoorn so they asked if we were home and i said yes so they wrote back they will come by later that day so they did it was a real fun surprise and it was good to see them back after a long time. we talked and they eat diner with us and after they left back home. after my dad left back home to and i went watching some tv and ofcourse my mom played games on facebook :-)

birthday of my uncle

yesterday it was the birthday of my uncle he turned 50 years old and they went to a camping in ommen the little wolf and its a very big camping and lots to do for kids like my nephew who is 5. they got three swimmingpools two outside and one inside and a an lake to swim and one to fish and lots of playgrounds and a shop to buy grossery and other things so it was lots of fun. we went for a walk over the camping and played and later the sun came through so me and my nephew went swimming in the lake it was lots of fun :-) but very cold bbbrrrrr the water in the lake.we eat some cake and dunk some cofee and around diner time we left cause i got a bit tired it was my first time after the burn out i did an activity on a growded camping but it was great seeing my family again.

back at the camping

saturday i did my first activity at the camping after two months doing nothing cause of a burn out i was only sleeping. i even could not join the fairy tail walk on the 30th of july but lucky i could join the ghost tour and it was real fun. first they put us in the last group but we could change it to group 3 so we left at 22:20 we got some questions to answer and during the walk some ghost were trying to scare us so it was lots of fun :-) i had a great time and when we came back we got some ghost soup to eat after i left back to the caravan and went to sleep. i enjoy camping live a lot i can do much nore than we came back after tenerife. every day when the weather is good i try to bike ride and swim and walk a bit with my dog and since this weekend we got the wii so when the weather is bad i do some activities on the wii. i don't really mind when its raining cause its nice too and its good for the nature as well but i love it when the weather is good so i can go swimming cause we only have an outside swimming pool no indoor we got an kind of indoor playground and outside as well. this week we had my ginepig snuffie back for a week and it was great having him around again he enjoyed camping live a lot and its sad i have to say goodbye to my ginepig tomorrow :-( well more to write later.......yesterday evening we had an eagle show there were a few eagles and owls they showed us and told us something about them it was fun. lucky it stayed dry and wasn't raining. the sea eagle i really liked.

vacation tenerife

the double mile

This evening we had our last running competition before the summer vacation starts. so around 19:00 me and my mom left by car to the fbk stadion. we parked the car 100 meter before the stadion. we got our start numbers and walked around a bit to see if we saw some people we know. at 20:00 everyone got ready to start. we were the last to start and i started a bit faster than i do normally with the 5km cause its only 3km we had to run i did not had water with me normally i have some water with i thought its just 3km i can do without water but i was wrong before two km i kind of needed water my head got so warm it felt like it would explode and i was thirsty and ofcourse my ribs started to hurt so badly i thought i would walk but i did not and even near the finish i could do a sprint so my mom was four seconds behind me and we both made a very good time better than we had last year so we are very proud :-) so now a little break for some weeks and up to next year double mile :-)

weekend with my causen and her boyfriend

yesterday around 12 my causen Froukje and her boyfriend Dorian arrived at the camping. i showed my caravan to them and where they stayed the night. after lunch we walked to town and eat an ice cream together even my dog rocky got an ice cream so he was so happy. when we came back me, my causen and my mom went for a swim and enjoyed the sun shine at the pool at 6 we went back to the caravan and got ready for diner we went out for diner at a restaurant in markelo after diner at 21:30 we had a little walk with the dog and i showed them the other part of the camping and went to the building where the youth play they got this biljart table and a dart board and a sofa, tv and radio inside the building. dorian went playing some biljart and my dog got crazy with the balls he wanted to try to catch the balls but he could not hahahahaaaa. at 23:00 or so we went to the caravan and went to sleep. today it was raining when we woke up so was not really fun weather. when it got dry we went for a walk we showed them the canadian grave yard and they liked it very much after we walked up to woody's a restaurant and drink some coffee with a pie after we showed them a bit around the holterberg and the nature and walked back to the camping. when we came back to the camping we eat lunch. after Froukje en Dorian left back home by car. it was a real fun and great weekend and it went very fast. soon going out for a small walk with my dog and relax a bit.

marikenrun

sunday morning i woke up at 07:30 and put my running clothes on, eat breakfast went outside with my dog, gave him something to eat and left to my mom. she was ready too. we drink some coffee together and then left by car to the train station to go to nijmegen. at 09:16 the train came so we got in the train. in zutphen we had to catch another train. we had to wait just a few minutes till the next train came. in nijmegen we got out of the train and we had to get another train to get to another station in nijmegen itself it was just 3 minutes by train. when we got out we had to walk 5 minutes to the place the running race started. it's a ladies run so only for ladies. at 1 the 5km started first we had a warming up and really lots of fun. their were four boxes and every box it had a colour we were in the orange box so every few minutes one box left after two boxes left we went well first we had to walk till we could start running. when we got over the matt (the matt knows when you got over it and knows the time) so i started to run slow and after a few minutes i went faster and left my mom again behind. i thought she was like a minute behind me but she was only 30 seconds behind me aaahhhh. it was hard and it got warm too. lucky their was a water post at 2 km. it was lots of fun and when i reached to finish i was tired but liked it :-)

mothersday

at 09:00 i woke up and got myself ready went out for a small walk with my dog and went to my parents. they were awake too. we eat breakfast together after i started to clean my caravan vacuum and cleaned the toilet. around 13:00 my brother albert his wife Karen and their two boys stef and lars came by. stef and lars had their swimming suit with them so we went to the swimming pool and played in the water for a while after some time we went back to the caravan of my parents and we were thirsty. my brother richard and his girlfriend were their too. after stef and lars got their drink they left to the playground and played for a while. when they came back they had to leave home not long after richard left too and we started diner. now everyone is gone. it was a fun day and we all enjoyed the sun shine :-)

freedom run

Yesterday we celebrated that holland got free of war a long long long time ago. after lunch my uncle and aunt came by with their motor so it was a real good surprise. after diner we got our start numbers for the running race. at 7 we went to the sport park near by the camping and walked around a bit at 19:30 we put our jackets in the bag of the bikes and got ourself ready we watched the kids getting their prices and at 20:00 the 10km started to run they had to run 4 rounds at 20:05 the 5km started to run so it was me and my mom. we had to run over grass runned into the villa neighbourhood through woods back to the sportpark and than a second round. i started to run faster and left my mom behind me. i finished at 32:26 and it was soo hard my mom came to the finish at 34:02 i was soo proud at myself i did it again and won from my mom too :-)

marathon of enschede

at 8 this morning i woke up and got into my running clothes and shoes. eat breakfast got some tea and went outside with my dog after i went to my mom's house and we took off to enschede. it was a bit hard to get to the parking lot where we wanted to park the car but finally we found it than we went to the saxion a school where we got our start numbers than we left back to the car to put the things away and got ready. after we walked to the start/finish place we saw the marathon leaving and than at 11:05 the cityrun started me and my mom runned the 5 mile (8km) it got a bit warm so it was a little hard. i started to run slowely but when i was warm i left my mom behind and went faster. during the run i got some pain in my ribs but i found out a way to get rid of it quickly. we had twice a water post so that was good. when i was almost at the finish i could make a sprint. on the route we had lots of music as well so i runned very well and my time was good a lot better than last year so i'm proud of myself again. up to the next run

half marathon of Hengelo

this morning around 9 in the morning after a good night sleep i woke up and got dressed into my running clothes. i eat breakfast went out with my dog give him food and after i went to my mom's place and we took off by car to the FBK stadion in my city for the run. we got out start numbers at a gym hal next to the stadion and see who was around we saw some friends of us we know from our vacation their son is running too the 21km. me and my mom did the 5km. first the bambino and kids had their run after the 21, 15 and 10 started and when they left the stadion the 5km got ready at the start. after some time the start shot went and we started to run when we left the stadion i got it a bit warm and i left my mom behind me and it stayed that way during the run it was hard and i got a bit thirsty and did not had the time to drink something or walk cause i did not want my mom to get closer to me so it was hard running and the roads were a hard time too but i made it till the finish had some pain during the run but i did not give up and made it and was happy about it :-) so up to the next run in two weeks again an 8km run so hopefully i can beat my time at the 8km.
